Application and Admission

Below is a general timeline for application and admission to Solomon Schechter Academy.  Please call if you have questions about our procedures.

1. Parents interested in applying will need to visit the school.  A visit includes a meeting with an administrator, a tour of the facility, and the opportunity to observe classes in session.
2. Families may submit applications  as early as the fall of the year before  entrance.  
3. Items in the application packet to be completed by the child's present school include:  

• Parent Authorization for Release of School Records
• Confidential administration Recommendation Form
• Teacher (s) Evaluation Form
