All of our students participate in our physical education program, under the direction of Sue  Wagner.    A wide and varied program is in place emphasizing all aspects of movement.  Responsibility, caring and respect for others is emphasized.

The K-3 classes will be participating in activities designed to improve their body mechanics and control, eye-hand and foot coordination, and  large and small muscle development. Some of the activities are rhythm, running games and group play, using apparatus and performing stunts.  All activities  provide overall fitness and provide fun.

In grades 4-8, activities are designed to improve and develop large and fine muscle control.  The program is designed  to provide overall fitness and build recreational skills using activities that are developmentally appropriate for each age group.  The program will also challenge the physical and cognitive development of the children.
